Licensed Professional Counseling Associate Serving 119 S. Sherrin Ave
Hi, I’m Tori. I’m a mental health therapist who believes healing happens when people feel truly seen, supported, and safe to be themselves. Life can feel overwhelming—whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, identity shifts, or feeling stuck in patterns you want to change. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, but it can also be a powerful step toward caring for yourself—and I’d be honored to support you in that process.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I work with teens and adults who want to better understand themselves, reconnect with who they are, and build lives that feel more aligned with their values. Many of my clients appear to be “holding it all together” on the outside while feeling overwhelmed or disconnected internally.
I have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and challenges related to self-worth and identity. I’ve also completed trainings in perinatal mental health and often work with clients who struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, or harsh self-criticism. My background in yoga and mindfulness also influences my work, supporting clients in reconnecting with both their minds and bodies in a gentle way.
A bit about me: I enjoy reading, teaching and taking yoga classes, coaching dance, and spending time with my two dogs, Mav and Roo. You’ll also often find me with a latte from a local coffee shop.
